KARINE LEBLANC

ASHRAE DISTINGUISHED LECTURER

 

Biography:

Karine Leblanc is an engineer, bestsellin author, and international speaker, serving as Modular Solutions Sales Manager – West at Daikin Applied Americas. She uses her engineering expertise, coaching, and relationship-building skills to lead a high- performing sales team.

She holds a mechanical engineering degree from Ecole de Technologie Superieure in Montreal and is a certified John Maxwell coach, behavioral analysis consultant, and eSpeakers certified virtual presenter. She is the bestselling author of How to Be Human in a Technical World.

Known as Not your typical engineerTM, Ms. Leblanc served on ASHRAE’s board of directors (2014-2017) as the first female Region X director and regional chair. A Past- President of the National Speaker Association Los Angeles Chapter, she has received numerous accolades, including ASHRAE’s Distinguished Service Award, an honorary medal from the University of Quebec, and the title of Leadership Ambassador.
